Don't have a need to be profound!

Hello! I’m Portia, and I’m glad to connect with you. With over 22 years of experience in personal growth and coaching, I’ve been blessed to be of service to individuals that want to experience their potential and step into who they have always wanted to become.

My journey began in 2002 when I committed myself to personal growth. Despite facing self-doubt, I managed to rise to the top 5% of a corporate role, not because just skill, mostly by doing work on how I show up. For the past 15 years, I’ve concentrated on coaching, working with over 1,000 students and guiding numerous coaches along the way.

Some have describe me as the "silent machine"—I believe true leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about taking initiative and making impactful decisions. I am grounded in the belief that confidence is built through action. Helping others  transforming passive knowledge into bold, authentic influence is exciting to me. In the most simplest way to say it: be memorable. Even simpler... just Be.

I love working with individuals who are ready to explore the wholeness of their voice and take steps into the unknown toward their goals. I struggle with those that prefer quick answers or a passive approach to growth. I'm over swimming in the 'sea of the same' or speaking the "unlock or unleash" online viral flashcard memes of personal growth.  My approach may not be the best fit for some...that's ok. What matters most to me is that you discover your own greatness. It doesn’t have to be through my guidance, as long as you find it for yourself!
